Inclusion Criteria: Individuals with lower-limb amputation who actively participate in amputee football Regular participation in amputee football training Ability to understand and follow the study instructions Voluntary agreement to participate in the study Exclusion Criteria: Presence of an acute musculoskeletal injury that prevents participation in training or performance tests Presence of a medical condition that prevents safe participation in exercise or performance testing Inability to complete the cognitive or physical performance assessments Withdrawal from the study or failure to complete the intervention program

This study aims to investigate the effects of a cognitive game-based exercise program on cognitive and physical performance in amputee football players. Participants will complete a structured exercise program incorporating cognitive game activities designed to simultaneously stimulate cognitive and motor functions. Cognitive and physical performance outcomes will be assessed before and after the intervention. The findings are expected to provide evidence regarding the potential benefits of integrating cognitive game-based activities into exercise and rehabilitation programs for amputee football players.
