Validated physical activity questionnaires are often long and time-consuming, particularly when assessing both leisure-time and occupational physical activity and sedentary behavior.
The ACTIWORK study aims to validate a short questionnaire assessing physical activity at work and during leisure time, as well as sedentary behavior, by comparison with the reference Recent Physical Activity Questionnaire (RPAQ).
Participants will complete the study questionnaires twice, approximately one week apart, to assess the consistency of their responses over time.
